
Andhra Pradesh State Development Corporation (APSSDC) in cooperation with the Sarva Seth project has launched an initiative of virtual skills to prepare ITI students (Industrial Training Institute) for job opportunities in Germany.
The program started with G. Ganesh Kumar, CEO of APSSDC on Monday. Mr. Ganesh Kumar emphasized the importance of German learning as a gateway to a global career and acknowledged the initial challenges in acquiring languages, but provided students full of support from professional trainers.
He also appreciated the involvement of experts on Telugo speaking in Germany who will mentor students when they adapt to the international environment.
On Monday, at the first meeting called “Deutsch Level A1 – alphabets and pronunciation”, more than 240 students from 14 universities of ITI participated. The Sarva Seth project, founded by Rahul Kumar, focuses on bridging the gaps between skills, cultures and global opportunities.
Through language and cultural training, the initiative seizes a qualified and polo -qualified workforce in India to succeed at international level, especially in Germany. “Our mission is to seize Indian labor through language and cultural training and ensure that the participants are fully equipped in such a way that they can be successful around the world,” said Mr. Rahul Kumar.
