The State Election Commissioner A. Shajahan conducted a discussion with the Chief of the State Police Ravada Chandrasekhar on the laws and the order for local elections in the local body. Aspects of law and order and deployment of police staff were discussed at the meeting, the State Election Commission said. Among the present were the next CEO of Police Sreejith, General Assistant Inspectors Merin Joseph and G. Poonguzhali, Secretary of the BS Prakash Commission.
