Indian sprinter Gurindervir Singh made history at the Federation Athletics Championships in Ranchi on Saturday after becoming the first Indian athlete to break the 10.10 seconds mark in the men’s 100m.
Gurindervir clocked a sensational 10.09 seconds in the final to break the national record, taking it from Animesh Kujur, who previously held the mark. The incredible run also helped Gurvinder secure qualification for the upcoming Commonwealth Games and Asian Games.
