
A 19 -year -old woman ended her life in her residence in the KPHB colony and reportedly followed permanent harassment over the required dowry. Police KPHB registered the case of death and started investigations.
The deceased, identified as Maloth poin, married Jatoth Srina, the sales manager in the jewelry store. The couple tied a knot on April 16, 2025. According to a complaint filed by the Grandmother’s grandmother Maloth Bharamma, the family spent 11 lakh on the wedding, including eight Gold and Home Articles.
The complainant claimed that after her marriage, during her stay in the residence of her sister -in -law, her father -in -law, J. Achamm and the father -in -law pool Singh, soon began to demand another 10 lakh in the dowry. The boat was reportedly harassed by her brother -in -law Veeranna, the sister -in -law, Lalith and Veerann’s wife Jyothi, who mocked her for bringing “less dowry”.
The complainant, a 65 -year -old farmer from Khammam, said that after having confided in the abuse, she begged her sister -in -law to stop bothering her granddaughter and assured them that after the upcoming season she would be arranged that Lakh was.
The couple then moved to their KPHB residence this month. The complainant also claimed that a man named Hari had sent Srina to the photo and drank a non -alcoholic drink with his brothers, which he then used to deny himself and further bother her. June 21 informed Srina’s family that he had returned home from work, just to find a dead dead. Another investigation is underway.
