A special rapid court in Chavakkad on Saturday on Saturday condemned Naveen Krishna (19) from the countryside to 38 years of strict imprisonment (RI) for repeated sexual assaults a 13 -year -old girl in her residence in 2023.
The court also imposed a fine of 96,000 GBP. In case of failure, Krishna will have to undergo another 19 months and 5 days in prison. Of the penalty amount, 50,000 GBP was directed to pay the survivors as a replacement.
According to the prosecution, Krishna crossed several times to the girl’s house and underwent her sexual assault. The case came to light when the survivator informed the police station of Pavaratta. The prosecution was explored by 17 witnesses and submitted 20 documents in court.
