Hi friends! Happy Friday! What’s on your agenda this weekend? We’ve got a packed schedule with an NCL event, two birthday parties, and a dinner meetup with friends by the pool. I also recently started my IHP Level 3 studies, so I’m planning to catch up on some coursework.
(Nothing beats a US Oskaf Americano and a gluten-free donut!)
It’s already heating up to the 90s here, but I’m loving it—summer vibes are calling! I hope you have a fun weekend ahead!
Last week was our Carmina Burana performance, and it was absolutely epic. (Check out the article here and a clip from our choir practice.) It was such a gift to be surrounded by so many talented musicians, and the venue was packed—almost completely sold out for a Sunday show! The Pilot brought the kids on Friday, and Madre and Nani came on Sunday. Liv also had a dance competition at the same venue, so I was juggling performances and dance mom duties.
It’s time for the weekly Friday Faves Party! This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I’d love to hear about your favorites too, so drop a comment below!

Fashion + Beauty + Random:
This week marked our first official homeschooling session. (Liv has been thriving since transitioning to homeschooling in January.) I’m working on a blog post with all the details—it’ll be up on Tuesday—but it’s been even better than I expected. We’ve been able to spend quality time together, learn at our own pace, and adapt the plan as needed. I never thought I’d be a homeschooling mom, but I’m loving it so far!
Every day, we focus on reading, writing, math, and taking Maisey for a walk. Throughout the week, we add in science experiments, baking, art, Spanish, and social studies/geography. I’m definitely winging it, but I’m so grateful to my homeschooling community for their advice and curriculum ideas!
I’m obsessed with this new collection.

Make this blueberry crisp ASAP.
Sweet potato soup with roasted cauliflower crumbles.
We’re all obsessed with Spanish tortillas (it made for an amazing Friday dinner during Lent).
While everyone’s buying cars and electronics with the tariff situation, I’m stocking up on olive oil. #Priorities
I wanted to share a client’s victory this week! This client was struggling with weight loss, inflammation, joint pain, and dry eyes. We took a long-term approach, starting with functional testing to identify imbalances, balancing her body, regulating her nervous system, and repairing her metabolism with a reverse diet.
She’s now cutting weight effortlessly, feeling stronger in her workouts, and her joint pain and eye issues have improved significantly. It’s been incredible to see her progress!
