Telangana continues to reel in extreme heat, with 18 of the state’s 33 districts recording maximum temperatures of 41°C or higher.
According to Telangana Development Planning Society (TGDPS) data, Endapalli in Jagtial district recorded the highest maximum temperature of 41.7 degrees Celsius on Friday (April 10, 2026). It was followed by 41.6°C in Konijerla (Khammam), Venkatapuram (Mulugu), Gudipally (Nalgonda), Mamda (Nirmal) and Bheemgal (Nizamabad).
