Approximately 15 Lakh Bihar voters must present their forms for enumerations with only two days for the date of 25 July 2025 as part of a special intensive revision of state election roles, according to data from the Indian Election Commission. Other LAKH voters remain unexplained.

Sir exercises included more than 98.01% of voters, ECI said on Wednesday. However, 20 Laky died, 28 lakhs were permanently migrated and 7 lacquers were found in more than one place, ECI added.
Within the first phase of Sir, the lists of all “primarily incorrectly include voters” – those who were incorrectly included in the existing election role – and those who have not yet returned their enumeration forms have been shared with the 1.5 lakh cabin, ECI said. These agents were nominated by the district presidents of 12 major Bihar political parties.
Online Sending
The vote body stated that the Bihar voters who are currently temporarily staying outside the state and have not registered as voters elsewhere can fill in their form online in the Ecinet mobile application or via Ecinet. They can also print the form and sign it and send it to your officer at the stand (BLO) through a family member, or fill in and sign your printed form and send it to your BLO via WhatsApp.
The names of voters who have submitted their list forms will be included in the proposal of the election role. Voters can also confirm their forms. The Commission has sent SMS messages to all such voters whose mobile numbers are provided in their list.
A proposal for an election role
The role proposal will be published 1 August after the first phase of Sir. If there is an error in the proposal, any voter or political party may obey the inclusion of the name of any proposed voter with the electoral registration official (ERO) or an assistant to the electoral registration (Aero) of the constituency of the election district in September 1.
Similarly, if any eligible person does not find his name in the electoral role proposal, he may also file his claims with ERO or Aero, the Commission said.
