The fans decided to troll Rishabh Pant after the captain of Super Giants Lucknow suffered another failure during their conflict against Rajasthan Royals on Saturday, April 19. Pant scored only 3 to escape from 9 balls as he tried to play reverse sweeping and hit the ball in the hands of Dhruv Jurel, who could stick to the third attempt.
Pant became the most expensive purchase in IPL history when it bought it for 27 CRORES from LSG during the IPL 2025 auction. However, Wicketkeeper-Batter has not yet been able to justify the price mark and scored only 106 runs. Interestingly, Pant’s run this season came in 108 balls because it has a strike of 98.14 and an average of 15.14. This is after Pant scored 63 in the last game against CSK, which LSG eventually lost.
