
Food safety officials Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) performed surprising inspections at the city’s sweet shops and issued commands to close 10 devices for not having an Indian security and standards in India (FSSAI).
A total of 69 sweet trades were checked on June 11, during which they found violations of the 2006 food and rules and rules and regulations, an informed note.
Food business operations are defeated on maintaining hygienic standards and correct marking, which states the date of preparation and durability of food item.
Ten businesses have been asked to suspend all food industry operations until they receive a valid FSSAI license, the note said.
Stopping includes Sri Laxmi Mithai Bhandar, LB Nagar Circle, Sri Raghanendra Sweet House and Bakry, LB Nagar Circle, Sri Sai Ram Hot Chips and Sweets, LB Nagar Circleabad, Balaji Ramsaroop Mithai Bhandar, Ramanthapur Circle, Sri Balaji Chaganal Mithai Bandar, Malikarjuna Nagar, RC Puram Circle Bollarum, Lalwal.
