Bangladesh in the thrilling opening of the T20i survived Afghanistan with four goals and survived the late launch collapse to chase 152 with eight balls to save and capture the leadership of 1-0 in the series. The persecution began in an ideal way for visitors, because the Opens Parvez Hossain Emon and Tanzid Hasan joined for the commanding 109 partnership.
Both hit the smooth half century and gave Bangladesh a strong platform. However, Afghanistan has undoubtedly intervened, evoking the devastating charm of four goal Captain Rashid Khan in two breaks, and the Bangladeshi six left in only nine runs in 25 balls.
Nurul Hasan and Rishad Hossain then stabilized shifts by partnership, well negotiated Afghan pitchors before completing the game in a tense final. Nurul’s courageous six of Azmatullah Omarzai and Rishad’s highest border ensured that Bangladesh had crossed the border with the remaining four goals.
Afghanistan first decided to bat after winning in throwing. Soon a brisk start from Ibrahim Zadran was stopped, which hit three early boundaries when Bangladesh at the end of PowerPlay reduced the party to 40 to four.
Afghanistan vs Bangladesh first T20i: the most important
Rahmanullah Gurbaz, however, anchored shifts with 40 of the 31 balls, supported by Azmatullah Omarzai (18) and the late portrait of Mohammad Nabi, who hammered three six in the 25-ball 38.
The Bangladeshi pifts shared prey, with Rishad Hossain and Tanzim Hasan Sakib claimed two goals, while Taskin Ahmed, NASUM AHMED and Mustafizur Rahman contributed one after a piece. Tight bowling in PowerPlay and medium overs has prevented Afghanistan from freely accelerating, despite the late Nabi increase.
In the response, Bangladeshi openers looked aggressive and often searched for the border against the Afghan Spin Mohammad Nabi and Sharalarhuddin Ashraf. Their 109-run stand in just 11.3 exceeded Bangladesh’s third highest initial partnership in the T20is.
Emon was the first to leave for 54 out of 37 balls, imprisoned LBW from Ahmad and Tanzid Hasan soon followed by 51, also released Rashid. In rapid sequence, Jaker Ali and Shamim Hossain fallen before Tanzim Hasan Sakib bowed to Noor Ahmad on the duck, so Banglades left in uncertain 118 for six.
Rashid Khan ended up with characters 4 for 18, while Faree Ahmad and Noor Ahmad claimed a goal. The Afghan attack on rotation brought them to a touch distance from a remarkable return, but the peace of Nurul Hasan and Rishad Hossaine ensured that Bangladesh had kept nerves to complete the tense victory. While the Bangladeshi aggression of the Supreme Order paid dividends, the collapse of the middle order revealed the vulnerability they would need before the rest of the series.
