One person was killed on the spot and three others were critically injured in a road accident in the Cheruvu in Moghat in the National Chittoor-Bengalur Motorway, 30 km from Chittoor 26 August.
The police said the SUV coming from Bengalur had collided with a van at the point of diversion.
The deceased was identified as Vinod Kumar (30) Bengaluru. The injuries were hurried to the hospital in Bangarupalem and later moved to the Chittoor District Hospital.
A case was registered.
