Only 1,400 vacancies for various meetings against an approximate 7,000 free space were reported using school managers, which should be postponed according to the list of Samanwaya, said the Minister of General Education V. Sivankutty.
At a press conference on Saturday, the Minister claimed that some managers were trying to sabotage a reservation for differently.
The Minister said that higher officials of the Ministry of General Education have recently interviewed assisted associations for school management. The High Court ordered that until there were different appointments at each supported school in the state, they should be listed at vacancies between 18 November 2018, and 8 November 2021, in accordance with the pay scale, while the above on November 8, 2021, will be published on daily wages.
If the pending different appointment was cleaned differently and those who have been appointed, received approval, or the procedures were completed according to Section 34 (2) of Persons with Disabilities of 2016, the appointment continuing in the category could be regularized by school officials from the date of appointment.
The government, said Mr Sivankutty, took all steps to give the benefits to those who were appointed Provisten or on daily wages.
He said that the Government had acquired the legal council that the Supreme Court’s judgment in March on the request of Nair Service Society, which allowed meetings other than those reserved for various ABD, was only applicable to aid in society.
He also pointed out that the district committees were created according to the Supreme Court judgment to avoid delay in various appointments available. These committees would provide school management differently to applicants from the list of applicants provided for employment exchange. Until October 25, instructions were provided to complete the first dose of appointment. All complaints should be filed with committees. Any remaining complaints will be considered a state adalat at the state level, which will be held in November 10. Applications for Adalat should be submitted to the director of general education until October 30.
Any protests with the support of school management without other appointments were politically motivated, said the minister.
